Maavee MyLife: Forward Mo-mentum đ§đ»ââïž
Get on getting on.

Hello Maavee Community!
As November brings us deeper into fall and with the election behind us, moving forward feels right on time. Take a moment to shake off any lingering stress and look ahead with energy, optimism, and (dare we say?) a touch of humor. Oh, and itâs now safe to turn the TV on again.
The direction of our momentum is a choice. What follows in this edition of MyLife are opportunities to get on getting on â to move forward with purpose, resilience, and humor. Letâs see where the month takes us â individually and as a community. Remember, wellness isnât about grand gestures; itâs about everyday choices that add up to a life you love.
Until next time, keep moving, keep laughing, and keep living well.

Weâve voted, the ballots are counted, the ads have finally stopped, and we can all go back to our regularly scheduled programming. In the wake of election season, November is the perfect time to mentally recharge and move forward. For some, the political marathon might have been thrilling; for others, a test of endurance.
What matters now is that we take a deep breath â The Komuso Shift works wonders â and settle our minds. Moving forward doesnât mean ignoring whatâs important â rather, itâs about cultivating a mindset that lets us focus on the future, engage in meaningful discussions, and regain some peace (even if itâs just the joy of a political commercial-free evening). Need a little extra support? Find a mental health therapist with Calmerry. A touch of therapy can go a long way in finding your light.

This month, we embrace the noble art of facial hair, not just because beards and mustaches are great for those chilly mornings, but because Movember puts menâs health front and center. So whether youâre growing a mustache, supporting someone who is, or just here for the awareness of it all, letâs move forward together for better health. If you do grow some face whiskers, keep it neat and tame with menâs grooming products from Blind Barber.
Movember started as a quirky way to raise awareness about menâs health issues like prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health. And while you donât have to grow a mustache to participate, we would love to see yours if you do. Send us a pic and we will give you $5 Maavee Cash and add you to the Movember collage in the Maavee app. Letâs do this, Maavee community!
At a minimum, explore the Menâs Health Journey, get moving with a workout, check in with a friend, or book that overdue doctorâs appointment. Every little action moves us forward in creating a healthier community. And hey, a few good laughs over the best throwback 1970âs stache can never hurt! Check out the new Giving Back carousel and consider making a donation to Movember today. Giving back feels oh so good!

If youâre anything like most of us, life rarely goes exactly as planned. This month, moving forward with soul means letting go of rigid expectations and embracing the path as it unfolds. Some of the most beautiful growth happens when weâre flexible and open to surprises.
Moving forward can also mean taking a break from striving. Reconnect with something that makes you feel truly alive, be it a quiet walk in nature, journaling, or an honest chat with a friend. Itâs so important to align your energy with what you want in life. To get started, think of three things you want in your future that have nothing to do with politics. Write them down in the Manifestation Journal by Aya Paper Co. and make it a daily practice. Soul growth isnât a sprint; itâs a journey that lasts a lifetime. As poet Mary Oliver said, âTell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?â Need some soul guidance? Consider a âSoul Sessionâ from Seeking Center.

With the holiday season approaching, moving forward financially means balancing enjoyment with a little bit of prudence. Itâs so easy to get swept up in the spending wave, but the goal here is to keep calm, set a realistic holiday budget, and find some good holiday sales. It might be worth refreshing your knowledge and flexing your skills with help from The Financial Gym!
Which financial resource is most important to your in the next 12 months? You will not be surprised that money is a leading source of stress and anxiety. Maavee will continue to add resources to support your financial well-being, and we want your input. |

Moving forward for the planet doesnât mean you need to overhaul your whole life overnight. Little actions make the most impact when done collectively. Letâs go Maavee communityâŠthis November, we encourage everyone to make one small change that can have lasting effects, like cutting down on single-use plastics and avoiding microwaving in plastic containers. Here are three Journeys to explore in the Maavee app:

The best part? These small shifts often end up enhancing our own lives, too. Thereâs a special satisfaction in knowing youâre part of a global effort to make a difference. Moving forward is about progress, not perfection â so letâs all take it one eco-friendly step at a time.

With the new year fast approaching, nowâs a great time to pause and check in on how work aligns with what matters to you. Are you moving forward in a way that brings you closer to your goals, or does it feel more like a hamster wheel? Whether youâre climbing the corporate ladder, pursuing passion projects, or doing your own thing, give yourself credit for every small step forward.

If you are feeling a bit lost, out of steam or just lacking energy and purpose, find out what drives and drains you with the Plum Assessment Journey. The truth is, no one has it all figured out. But taking stock of whether you are spending your energy optimally is a step forward that will most certainly bring some clarity and relief. That alone is a victory worth celebrating!
